The Atlantic Council Global Energy Center is excited to announce the launch of its Women Leaders in Energy and Climate Fellowship, a unique opportunity for early- to mid-career female professionals to develop their leadership skills in the energy and climate fields. doing.

About the Fellowship

Now in its sixth cohort, this one-year non-residential fellowship program is designed to empower emerging women leaders by providing professional development, mentoring sessions with senior leaders, and public speaking and writing opportunities. Aimed at women under the age of 35 with 3-5 years of experience in energy and climate, the program focuses on developing leadership potential and promoting career development.

Program highlights

Participants will benefit from a variety of professional development opportunities, including:

  1. Participation in Atlantic Council events: Fellows will have access to both public and private events on energy topics, providing valuable networking opportunities.
  2. Publication Opportunities: Fellows will contribute to the EnergySource blog and potentially write longer pieces, receiving editorial support and feedback.
