About the Fellowship
Now in its sixth cohort, this one-year non-residential fellowship program is designed to empower emerging women leaders by providing professional development, mentoring sessions with senior leaders, and public speaking and writing opportunities. Aimed at women under the age of 35 with 3-5 years of experience in energy and climate, the program focuses on developing leadership potential and promoting career development.
Program highlights
Participants will benefit from a variety of professional development opportunities, including:
